Photo Diary

Finally got around to connecting my iphone up to my laptop! Here's a little photo diary of what I've been up to the past couple of months :)
Visit to the cute new teashop in Southsea, Tea Tray in the Sky..amazing ginger and white chocolate cheesecake and lovely table decorations (the bowler hat is mine!)

Sunny and cold walk along Southsea seafront after tea..an amazing day which was followed by fish and chips and then a cheese and wine party at Curlywiggles..yum!

The bandstand :) Can't wait to spend many summer days there again...

Got this little beauty for Christmas! It was a total surprise :)

Visited the Pallant House Gallery in Chichester..really beautiful place and pieces

My parents moved into an amazing cottage. They'd lived in our previous house for about 19 years but this little place already feels so much like home!

Shopping trips and chai tea lattes with my cousin :)

I made my first giant cupcake! For my Mum's birthday and housewarming in the cottage, was pretty yum :)

Went to Lakeland for the first time in several yeas..I must be old because it was pretty much like heaven in there! Most hilarious thing I found where these banana cases to stop your banana's getting bruised..genius.

Valentine's cupcakes..a really lovely evening :)

My dad bought a new espresso machine this weekend and I got to go over and play (apparently he needed my barista skills..thank you Starbucks!). My latte was pretty damn nice!
This weekend has been an amazing mix of date nights, lunch with friends and hanging out with the parents :)

Distraction

Well today has been a fairly stressful day at work and it doesn't look like the week's going to get much better. So, in view of that I've decided to distract myself with pretty pictures and things that make me happy! Childish, but that's part of the fun right?! ;)

I have also recently realised I have far less fairy lights in my flat than I would like. Christmas time, I intend to bulk by and fill my world with tiny lights! (I'm also incredibly excited it's almost Christmas..huzzah!)

In other news, I am desperate for a chai tea latte (no water) and if it could come in a red Starbucks cup, so much the better :) I really wish I lived nearer to many coffee shops...that's the dream kids!
